The wave of active protests in Kyrgyzstan has erased all political institutions, both there and in Armenia the ruling political parties have shown a very weak side, said Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of Security Council of Russia, RIA Novosti reported.
"After such events, the ruling parties both in Kyrgyzstan and in Armenia have shown a very weak side; that is, they simply ‘evaporated,’" Medvedev added.
